• Toy Hire must be kept indoors or undercover at all times. It can not be in direct sunlight or weather. If location is outside, a marquee/shelter is required (no clear roof marquees).
• No shoes allowed. Socks required.
• No food or drink of any kind.
• Adult supervision required at all times.
• Toy Hire is for children aged 4 and under ONLY.
• Toy Hire must be returned in the same condition it is delivered in – visibly clean and without damage. If you have a ball pit, all balls must be returned to their bags before collection.
• Additional cleaning / damage charges will apply if conditions of hire are not followed.

Security Deposit

A $200 security deposit is required for all Hire Equipment bookings. We will call you the week of your event to take this over the phone.

This is a ‘hold charge’ placed on your card and will not be taken from your account unless cleaning/damage fees apply. The charge will be released once the equipment has been inspected and returned in acceptable condition.
