Our arches have been constructed by nailing and gluing 3 pieces of laminated plywood to achieve a 42mm thickness. By nailing and gluing these pieces we are ensuring the strength of these arches. There are 15 layers together, making it super strong and meeting Australian Toy Standards.

All our dimensions are divisible by 42mm wide, to match the size of our block set, making all of our products compatible.
